Peninsula verifies eligibility, prepares and reviews the CBP ABTC application, pays the government fee on your behalf, submits the application to CBP, monitors application status, and answers questions throughout the process. Available to qualifying U.S. business travelers with active Global Entry membership, U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, a valid U.S. passport, a clean criminal background, and a legitimate business purpose in APEC member economies. No in-person interview is required. Application preparation and submission take 3 to 5 business days. The $70 government fee is collected by CBP and is non-refundable.
