A two-hour interactive virtual session that helps managers recognize harassment and discrimination risks, respond properly to complaints, understand their role in the accommodation process, document undue hardship, involve HR, and prevent retaliation. The training satisfies federal and applicable state requirements for mandatory sexual harassment prevention training. In-person delivery is available upon request.
