Details.
Permanent girth surgery using donor tissue, usually from a cadaver, when the patient's own skin is not viable or available. The graft is placed onto the penis and secured with dissolvable stitches. Donor tissue must be tested for compatibility, and allografts carry a greater risk of rejection. Recovery takes four to six weeks and includes pain relievers, ointment, and regular dressing changes. Demanding activity, including sex, should be avoided during recovery.
