A 10-skill evaluation for dogs covering accepting a friendly stranger, sitting politely for petting, appearance and grooming, walking on a loose lead, walking through a crowd, sitting and lying down on command and staying in place, coming when called, reaction to another dog, reaction to distractions, and supervised separation. All exercises are performed on a leash. Dogs must wear a buckle collar or slip collar, and handlers must bring the dog's brush or comb. Dogs that pass may receive an American Kennel Club certificate.
