The process includes an initial inspection and vent count, powerful extraction of contaminants, dust, allergens, and debris, followed by optional treatments that can treat air impurities, deodorize the system, and help keep it cleaner. The service typically takes 1.5 to 3 hours, or about 2 hours or more per system. Customers should provide unobstructed access to vents, returns, and the HVAC blower, along with a place to park. Cleaning coils and blowers may be an additional service. Antimicrobial treatments, electrostatic filters, UV purifiers, and coil lamp purifiers are available at select locations.
