If an emergency is identified as a lot owner's responsibility, costs are applied to the lot owner or occupant. A minimum service fee of $60 plus GST may apply to triage a call that is later deemed not to be an owners corporation matter, or a minimum call-out fee of $480 plus GST may apply for after-hours trade attendance.
