Includes a kit, practice manuals and materials, hands-on training, snacks and lunch, plus lifetime support. Students receive a certificate for Dusty Eyeliner for 9 hours of continued education. Deposits are non-refundable, and full payment of any remaining balance is required 28 days before the course commencement.
