A demanding and playful theatre workshop for amateur adults, based on enjoyment and a troupe spirit. Sessions include physical warm-up, articulation exercises, voice work, movement in space, work on states and emotions, character construction, directed improvisations, group exercises, text work and rehearsals. From the second term, participants work towards an end-of-year show, generally based on contemporary repertoire. The workshop has around 12 participants, includes a first free session, approximately 35 sessions per year, some additional sessions before the show, theatre rental for performances, and photos and video of the show. Three or four performances take place at the end of each year in a Paris theatre. Suitable for adults wishing to improve expression, overcome shyness, manage stage fright and emotions, develop their voice and imagination, and enjoy performing.
