Multidisciplinary teams include medical geneticists and genetic counsellors. Appointments may be virtual visits. First appointments can take 2 hours or more, and follow-up appointments usually take 15 to 30 minutes. Patients should arrive 15 minutes before their appointment and bring their health card or another form of government-issued photo identification.
