Continuation prescribing for Adult ADHD patients under the care of Dr. Patrick Tai. Patients must have a pre-existing written diagnosis from a qualified Australian Psychiatrist, stable medication and dosage, and approved documentation including the Psychiatrist's diagnostic report and treatment plan before booking. This service does not include new ADHD diagnosis or medication dose adjustments. Formal documentation must be submitted for clinical review before an appointment can be scheduled.
