Details.
Therapy for substance use, co-occurring behaviors, sex addiction concerns, compulsive sexual behavior, out-of-control sexual behavior, relapse patterns, shame, secrecy, relationship conflict, identity-related stress, and coping patterns. The clinical approach may include understanding triggers and patterns, reducing shame and secrecy, exploring trauma or attachment, harm-reduction or abstinence-based goals when appropriate, repairing relationship harm, strengthening boundaries and accountability, developing relapse prevention strategies, and supporting LGBTQIA+ and kink-aware conversations without moralizing. Available to adults who are a good clinical fit, including LGBTQIA+, kink-involved, polyamorous, and sex-positive clients. Therapy does not require a specific goal around substances, sex, or compulsive behavior and can include direct, non-shaming conversations about sex, desire, kink, boundaries, consent, compulsive patterns, secrecy, and relationship impact.
