Tailored support for people recovering from an injury covered by ACC, developed through an Individual Support Plan with the person and their whānau. Support may include household management, personal support, social and community integration, nursing care, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and childcare. Activities can include personal care, household chores, meal preparation, shopping, medication support, expert-guided exercises, mobility goals, community participation, symptom management, and urinary and bowel assessment and management.
