A beginner-friendly ceramics class covering the basics of wheel throwing and forms including mugs and bowls. Open to all skill levels. Includes clay, tools, glaze, kiln firing at cone 6, shelf space, and open studio time throughout the week. Students receive a tool set and bucket. Bring clothing suitable for getting dirty, tie up long hair, avoid dangling scarves, and bring an old dish towel. No class on September 6.
