A health assessment carried out during the final year of nursery school by nursing staff and medico-social secretaries. It includes vision screening, hearing screening, growth assessment, language assessment and psychomotor development assessment. Parents are informed but do not need to attend. Following consultation with the school health doctor, a medical appointment with the parents or referral to appropriate care may be proposed.
