A gentle Reiki healing session at London clinics. The client completes a consent and intake form on arrival and is asked to arrive 5 minutes beforehand. During the treatment, the client lies or sits comfortably while the practitioner places their hands on or near the body, according to preference. Clothing does not need to be removed apart from a coat and shoes. The session includes relaxing Reiki music and a debrief. Clients are advised to set an intention, stay hydrated, avoid a heavy meal beforehand, and wear comfortable clothing and socks. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies, and 48 hours notice is required at the Mayfair Clinic.
