Free Community Yoga

A free weekly community yoga class at Camperdown Commons, featuring mixed-movement and breathwork sessions incorporating Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin and Restorative Yoga. Suitable for all abilities and levels, with pre and postnatal considerations and a trauma and life-sensitive approach. Booking is essential. Classes are held outdoors under cover. Mat hire is available for $2. Participants can stay for coffee at the Commons afterwards.
