A very slow, gentle and deep practice suitable for beginners and more experienced participants. Classes use floor postures held for several minutes, with emphasis on breathing, relaxation and sensations. The class is accessible to everyone and supports relaxation, flexibility and releasing muscular tension. Classes take place at Espace Sorano, 16 rue Charles Pathé, 94300 Vincennes.

Hatha Yoga

A gentle class ideal for starting with classic yoga postures. The practice focuses on physical postures, breathing, movement and meditation, helping improve mobility, strength and relaxation. Each posture is held for several breaths. The class can be practised at any age and takes place at Espace Sorano, 16 rue Charles Pathé, 94300 Vincennes.
