It offers insight and advice on talking to children about becoming a family with the help of donated eggs, sperm or embryos. The series includes presentations on what to expect, why it is important to tell, how to tell a child they are donor conceived, and how to tell an adult child they are donor conceived.

A fun and interactive workshop for parents who have used a donor or surrogate to create their family. Participants learn how to create a personal family storybook to share with their child, view examples of different mediums, develop a vision for telling their family story and create a plan to get started. Individuals or couples contemplating donor conception or surrogacy may also attend.

Lessons from losses: how to improve patient care and reduce complaints in ART service delivery

A one-hour webinar for clinic staff to learn from previous losses and complaints and improve person-centred care. The session included practical advice from VARTA, the office of the Victoria's Health Complaints Commissioner and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency about findings from reviews and inquiries, improving person-centred care, reducing the risk of adverse incidents and complaints, managing identified risks and supporting professional practice.
