Stage 1 fees and Stage 2 fees are ordinarily payable at completion for conveyances that settle in a standard timeframe. Stage 1 fees are payable at the time of consultation for off-the-plan purchases, delayed settlements, advice on an Auction Contract, or if the purchase does not proceed after advice has been provided on the contract. Under the $0 upfront option, conveyancing fees are payable upon settlement or 180 days, whichever is earlier.
