Hours and details
This is the best bakery in Melbourne according to our Mums and Old Greg, the guy next door. A local neighbourhood bakery run by Chef Shaun Quade and writer Veronica Fil, and our tiny toy poodle Archie, who insisted we create a dog friendly cafe in Brunswick. Apparently Shaun makes Kate Reid's favourite baked good (according to Broadsheet), which is the cardamon bun, but I think his bee sting croissant is even better.
