Bulk-billed Implanon and IUD procedures

Implanon and IUD contraceptive procedures are bulk-billed for UNSW students. The device cost is payable separately.

Bulk-billed student consultations

Domestic students are bulk-billed with Medicare. International students are bulk-billed with Medibank, AHM, Allianz, or BUPA OSHC. Other international students may need to pay upfront and claim costs with their insurer. Children are bulk-billed if they are the child of a UNSW student, while fees may apply otherwise. Small fees may apply for vaccines or dressings.

Late cancellation fee

A $50 fee applies for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice. Patients should call at least 4 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.

Community consultation fees are $55 for a brief consult, $90 for a standard consult, $160 for a long consult, and $205 for an extended consult. Medicare rebates and gaps apply as listed by the Health Service.

UNSW employee consultation fees are $45 for a brief consult, $85 for a standard consult, $155 for a long consult, and $200 for an extended consult. Medicare rebates and gaps apply as listed by the Health Service.

Imaging referred from the Health Service to Spectrum Imaging Randwick is bulk-billed for students.
