A guided seven-pour walk through Junmai, Ginjo and Daiginjo styles, hosted at the bar by the sake specialist. Includes seven sake pours, three paired plates from the kitchen and a take-home tasting card.

A ten-course omakase served at the sushi counter, paced and explained as it goes. Vegetarian and pescatarian variants are available with notice. Six seats per evening, with two seatings at 6.30pm and 9pm. Optional sake or champagne pairing is available for £55.

Sakura Spring Tasting Menu

A spring tasting menu built around cherry-blossom season, featuring sakura-cured salmon, springbok tataki and yuzu-and-elderflower granita. Six courses are paced over the evening, with an optional cherry-blossom-paired drinks flight for £40. Available Wednesday to Sunday throughout April and early May.

Japanese Whisky Flight

Five 25ml pours from the back-wall collection, including Suntory, Nikka, Hibiki and two limited bottlings selected by the bar team. Served neat with a water flight, with light snacks from the bar menu included. Capped at twelve guests.

Knife Skills with our Sushi Master

A two-hour hands-on workshop on yanagi technique with the sushi master. Guests cut, roll and plate four pieces, then sit down to lunch. Lunch and a drink are included, along with a Tsunami apron and tasting notes to take home.
