Workshop for Parents on teenagers/pre-teens with anxiety

A workshop for mums and dads covering teenage brain development, why anxiety can make it difficult to just get on with things, the systemic impact of family and genetics, the different roles of mums and dads, and how anxiety can manifest in teenagers, including social anxiety, panic attacks, lack of interest in activities, school refusal, OCD, self-harming and suicidal thoughts.
