I work with adults and couples, many of them LGBTQ+, who look steady from the outside and are tired on the inside. A gay man myself, I came to this work through HIV medical social work and LGBTQ+ mental health, and I work from harm reduction rather than abstinence around substance use. Together we find the pattern underneath the anxiety and build tools you can use the same week. Based in San Francisco, fully online in California and Massachusetts. Free 15-minute consultation.
