Fit Backs Mat Class

A clinical Pilates based class using floor and standing exercises with resistance bands, foam rollers and balls. The 10 week course progresses gradually and develops core and extrinsic strength. Beginner, intermediate and advanced levels are available. An initial consultation is mandatory for first-time participants. Classes are held at Therapy Max exercise rooms, Cook + Phillip Aquatic & Fitness Centre, 4 College St, Sydney.

Group Equipment Class

Physio-led personalised groups of two or three participants using clinical Pilates principles and equipment including a trapeze table, wunda chair, reformer, barrels, weights, rollers, resistance bands, balance pads and balls. Sessions support pain relief, rehabilitation, muscular resistance, core strength and improved mobility. An initial consultation is mandatory for first-time participants.

One-hour groups of up to three participants focused on strength, fitness and rehabilitation in the outdoor gym. Sessions apply clinical Pilates principles and participants' rehabilitation and exercise goals, using VIPR, TRX, gym balls, steps, rollers, skipping ropes, weights and resistance bands. An initial consultation is mandatory for first-time participants.
