Open-ended, in-person small therapy groups run for 90 minutes and are capped at 6 people. You will be offered 1 to 2 individual sessions before joining the waiting list. The weekly fee once you are in a group is £75 and the minimum commitment is 8 weeks. Every 8 weeks, if a space comes up, the next person on the waiting list for that group is invited to join.
