Meet Jo from Dormilona, a WA wine maker, and taste five current release wines, with the possibility of a rare back vintage. The casual, conversational tasting is hosted in The Mezzanine and includes five tasting glasses of Dormilona wines and a snack by The Walrus. Guests can stay for dinner afterwards, with special pours of Jo's wines available throughout the evening. Dietary requirements should be provided before arrival.
