The Restaurant at Gilder is an exciting new table-service dining option at the American Museum of Natural History, located on the second floor of the Museum’s Richard Gilder Center for Science, Education, and Innovation. Enjoy locally sourced, contemporary American cuisine while enjoying the spectacular architecture of the Gilder Center. Our menu, which features a variety of lunch options, including child-friendly, plant-forward, and vegan options, and is developed with ingredients sourced from local suppliers and minority- and women-owned businesses.
