The Foot Patrol team provides access to clean injecting equipment, needle and syringe-safe disposals, condoms and lube, safer using information, safe sex information, and support and referrals including naloxone training. Availability varies, with details provided via the Melbourne Outreach service.

Night Nurses

Night Nurses provide free healthcare and harm minimisation on the streets of Melbourne’s CBD for people sleeping rough or in crisis accommodation. They are available Wednesday to Sunday from 4.00pm to 10.30pm.

Free healthcare and support

The Living Room provides free, confidential and judgment-free healthcare and support for individuals who are, or are at risk of experiencing homelessness. Services include doctors, nurses, dual diagnosis counselling, client support, snacks, tea and coffee, laundry, showers, toilets, phone charging, immunisations, women’s only lounge access, opioid replacement therapy, pathology, alcohol and other drug counselling, hepatitis C point of care testing, podiatry, physiotherapy, optometry, life skills, Centrelink support and legal support.
