A virtual Continuing Education Program presented by Dr. James DiReda and Jack Maroney. The presentation covers risk factors and signposts of addiction among seniors, the impact of substance abuse among older adults, strategies for managing substance use disorders in people over 50, and challenges posed by COVID-19. The program has been approved for 2 Social Work Continuing Education hours for relicensure.
