Coronavirus Recovery Programme

An evidence-driven and clinically proven rehabilitation programme designed to help reduce the impact of Long Covid symptoms and help you recover faster. The programme is for people who have had Coronavirus, are now virus-free and are still experiencing symptoms. It is not a cure for Covid19 and is not intended for anyone who is still actively infected. Each programme is bespoke and may include a comprehensive COVID19-specific initial assessment, heart rate response management, blood pressure management, respiratory response management, a tailored resistance and aerobic exercise plan, and frequent reassessments. Sessions are self-funded and private health insurers have not agreed to cover treatment.

A comprehensive Clinical Exercise Assessment for clients with an identified clinical need. The assessment evaluates your condition, current fitness levels, movement patterns and other challenges, using data-driven insights to create a safe and effective bespoke exercise plan. Reformer Pilates Classes

Dynamic Reformer Pilates classes at Ten offer an intense, full-body workout combining traditional Pilates with elements of circuits, weights and spin. Classes are available for beginners, intermediate and advanced participants, as well as transition, prenatal, jumpboard, stretch and classical equipment sessions. Clients must be aged 18 or over, and grip socks are compulsory for Reformer-based classes.
