Free Training

Free training facilities are available to all club members. Members can use sports halls at Helene Lange Oberschule, Fichtenberg Oberschule, Mercator Grundschule and Hermann-Ehlers-Gymnasium for training. Standard and Latin are regularly trained in parallel. Access is coordinated internally through a WhatsApp group. First-time use of the Mercator Grundschule hall requires prior contact with the listed school representative.

A dance technique course for ambitious beginners and aspiring competitive dancers of all ages. In standard and Latin dances, selected figures are used to teach advanced technique, including step length, direction of travel, posture, inclination, correct rising and lowering, and finer points of musical interpretation. Paso Doble, Slow Foxtrot and Viennese Waltz are also taught.

HipHop is open to all age groups. The course combines different dance styles, including breakdance, locking, popping, jerking and krumping. Participants learn elements from all these styles. Depending on registrations, the course may later be divided into different age and ability levels.
