Aviation Info Session

Join Swinburne on campus for details about studying aviation, including the Bachelor of Aviation course structure, finances, flight training with CAE and entry requirements. The session includes a 60-minute presentation with Q&A, networking with Swinburne staff, students and industry experts, a look at the Aviation Simulation Lab and complimentary light refreshments. Attendees can also hear about flying from Semester 1, Swinburne's industry connections and real student experiences.

Swinburne NAIDOC Celebration 2026

Join Swinburne for a free NAIDOC 2026 celebration at the Hawthorn campus. Hosted by the Moondani Toombadool Centre, the community event features music, storytelling, speaking, song, art, weaving, dance, food, lectures, activities and activations with Indigenous artists and businesses. All students, staff and community members are welcome. The final schedule and timetable are subject to change.

6th Australasian Youth Justice Conference

The Australasian Youth Justice Administrators invite participants to explore place-based, community-driven approaches and solutions addressing overrepresentation and diversity in metropolitan, regional and remote contexts. The conference provides a platform to share what better outcomes look like for young people in the youth justice system, their families and communities. In collaboration with the Department of Human Services SA, the Australasian Youth Justice Administrators will partner with the Centre for Forensic Behavioural Science at Swinburne University of Technology to deliver the conference.

Start Talking 2026

An online live showcase for Swinburne students from any discipline. Participants present a four-minute video about a concept with social impact. The program includes supportive workshops, constructive feedback and mentoring from Adobe Digital Coaches. Prizes include $400 Judges' Choice, $100 People's Choice and a $50 participant prize. Free registration is required.
