Founders Note - November 26th 2025 For the last 8.5 years, we’ve had the privilege of introducing millions of people to plant-based dining, often as their first experience with vegan food. Seeing guests discover how good plants can taste through our cafés, cookbooks, and online school has been one of our greatest joys.
