Homebuyer Access Grant
A $10,000 home down payment grant may help customers purchase a home, subject to eligibility requirements. The grant may be used with a Wells Fargo fixed-rate conventional loan only. Non-conforming loans, government loans, and conventional adjustable-rate mortgages are not eligible. Income and location restrictions apply, and the borrower must occupy the property as their primary residence. Grant funds cannot be used for a Wells Fargo real estate owned property purchase. Repayment is not required, but the full award amount must be applied toward the down payment. Eligibility will not be confirmed until underwriting is complete. Grant funds may have tax implications and may affect eligibility for income-based assistance.
