Yoga Fitness Class

Mon, 10 Aug

A 45-minute yoga session led by trained instructors, focusing on posture and breath. Classes are suitable for improving relaxation, posture and core strength. Sessions run on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, with different daytime and evening slots available. Group exercise members can attend at no additional cost. Swim-only members and non-members can book and pay per session.

Swimming Lessons

Swimming lessons for children, infants and adults of all ages and abilities. Group lessons and one-to-one lessons are available. Lessons run for 50 weeks of the year, six days a week, with qualified instructors. Children’s lessons follow the Swim England Learn to Swim framework, while adult lessons support beginners and swimmers improving their technique.

Swim Lessons

Award-winning swimming lessons for adults and children, with classes running six days a week and lessons operating 50 weeks a year. Qualified teachers provide ongoing assessment, and the programme follows the Swim England Learn to Swim Framework with badges and certificates. Children, adults and babies can receive personally tailored, in-water tuition. Swimming Nature lessons are available for children aged three and above at Queen Mother Sports Centre, Marshall Street Leisure Centre, Porchester Centre, Moberly Sports Centre and Seymour Sports Centre.
