They can also be very isolating. This group will give you the space and time to come together with other new parents to get and receive support. We will explore the emotional and physical changes you are going through as a parent and provide you with tools to support your baby's development and growth. In addition to having time for open discussion, each meeting will include a special topic. Babies are welcome and encouraged to attend with their parent! This group is geared toward ONE primary caretaker of any identity caring for a baby or babies 0 to 4 months old. Please register by 7pm the day before the session starts. You will receive zoom link by email prior to the first session. The group is limited to 10 participants. The group will be led by Sonia Reiter who is a mom, occupational therapist specializing in pelvic floor therapy in the perinatal population and pre/postpartum yoga teacher. She has been facilitating new parent support groups since 2018. Have questions?
