Somatic Therapy Sessions

Individual somatic therapy sessions for women, using modalities including Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, breathwork, hypnotherapy and coaching. Sessions are available in English or French, online or in person. Most clients choose weekly or fortnightly sessions. Individual sessions last 60 minutes and cost 180 EUR. Sessions are privately financed and are not covered by health insurance.
