Levelling Minds (Youth Cohort)

A nine-week program designed specifically for trans and non-binary youth and their adult supporters. The youth cohort focuses on nurturing emotional wellness and building effective communication tools under the guidance of experienced mental health counsellors. Registration is required. Honorarium will be provided for attendance and participation. The program runs on Thursdays from June 4 to July 30.
