STASH

A welcoming drop in for people who use drugs. STASH provides Hep C testing, naloxone training, harm reduction supplies, support, referrals, friendly chats, and snacks. All people who use drugs are welcome. Drop in, no appointment needed. The STASH room has a capacity of three people at a time.

Connections 4 U Drop-In is for people who are experiencing homelessness, are underhoused, or stay in shelters. Access support for reaching goals from system navigators, on a short-term basis. Self-referrals only.

Mature Trans Sisters (MTS)

An in-person weekly drop-in program for trans women and femme identified non-binary folks ages 30 and up. The program is designed to build community through facilitated conversation, group activities, and social connection. A mental health counsellor is available during sessions for one-on-one support. Initial registration is required.

Come for a nutritious breakfast, social activities and, if you need, on-the-spot care from a nurse practitioner in a friendly space. All women who are homeless, sex workers, street-involved, and/or use drugs are welcome. No registration required.

A weekly drop-in breakfast and harm reduction space for people who need Hep C testing or who live with Hep C. Join to build community and share learning with others while doing treatment. Self and community referrals welcome.

Kit Packing Group

Every week, our kit packing group makes an average of 500 harm reduction kits to help keep our communities safe. Volunteers who are or were drug users are welcome to share their knowledge and time to make life safer for people who use drugs. All participants will receive a stipend, TTC fare, and a takeaway meal.

NADA Circle

Drop-in ear acupuncture based on NADA, an ear acupuncture protocol that may help with withdrawal symptoms, trauma coping, anxiety, depression, and overall grounding. Available for all interested Sherbourne Health clients. No appointment necessary, but pre-booking is welcome.
