Certification is free for the USA, $35 for Mexico or Canada, $40 for Central America, $45 for South America, $85 for Russia, $45 for Europe except Russia, $65 for India, and $45 for China, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, or Taiwan. If the requesting country is not listed, additional processing is necessary.
