Samwoojung, a bulgogi speciality restaurant, opened its initial location in Seoul in 1963. Marinated in artisanal soy sauce and Korean bamboo salt, the bulgogi at Samwoojung has been made the same way for the past 60 years, following a family recipe that epitomizes the Seoul style of bulgogi. The Seoul style is one of the three distinct methods of bulgogi preparation, and is characterized by its flavorful soup-like sauce sitting in a dome-shaped copper vessel. Samwoojung has been a home for diners craving Seoul style bulgogi since 1963. HAND Hospitality is proud to bring Samwoojung and its classic dish to NYC.
