Please inform us by telephone at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend, so that we can make the reserved time available to other patients. Appointments that are not cancelled are charged as follows: consultations CHF 50.00, orthoptics or Sicca CHF 70.00, operation appointments CHF 100.00.
