Speakers include Prof. Michael Gerrard, Prof. Maria Joao Rolim, Prof. Romany Webb, Prof. Cacia Pimentel, Prof. Luisa Palacios, World Bank Director Erivaldo Gomes, and Consul-General of Brazil in NY Adalnio S.
