Set menu, £48 per person. Includes a Golden Gate Highball, charred oyster mushroom skewer marinated in kombucha and chillies with miso hummus, toasted pine nuts, pink peppercorns and yuzu kosho, fried chicken marinated in fermented tofu with koji chimichurri and green shiso leaves, a pickle platter and brine shot, Brussels sprout and cranberry kimchi, kanji brined carrots, beetroot and brine shot, fennel and star anise sanbaizuke, and a choice of one of three ROVI classics: Torbay red gurnard skewer, celeriac shawarma, or beef fatteh. Vegetarian and vegan options are indicated on the menu, with a vegetarian option available for the fried chicken and gluten-free availability for selected dishes. Prices include VAT. A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to the bill. Guests should contact the restaurant for allergy information.
