Includes za’atar pita chips, smoked labneh and olive oil, roasted aubergine with feta cream, za’atar tomatoes and carob molasses, green bean Caesar with radish, capers and mint, plus a choice of mushroom skewer with grilled plum and tarragon salsa or sea bream with kasuri methi brown butter and roasted tomatoes.
