Bilt Reward Equivalent to $500 plus $325 Move-In Special
Tour and sign a lease within 48 hours to receive a Bilt reward equivalent to $500 on select units, plus a $325 Move-In Special in lieu of a security deposit. Offer valid through August 31, 2026, subject to screening and approval, for new applicants only. Applicants must tour and sign within 48 hours. The Bilt reward may be redeemed as a gift card from participating vendors in the Bilt database or as Bilt Points for eligible travel, dining, and other rewards. The reward will be issued approximately 120 days after move-in through the Bilt account, which must remain in good standing with rent and charges paid on time for the first four months. Failure to meet these requirements or early lease termination will result in forfeiture or repayment. The $325 deposit waiver is not a security deposit and is non-refundable. Residents are responsible for damages. Gift cards may offset moving or other expenses but cannot be used for rent, utilities, or rentable items.
