Free Demonstrations, Workshops and Consultations

All demonstrations, workshops and consultations are provided free of charge and without prejudice or expectation. Sessions can cover Genesys Cloud CX, connectivity, security, compliance, regulatory affairs, telephony, Session Initiation Protocol and WebRTC, soft and hard phones, general prerequisites, solution architectures, integrations with third-party systems, Application Programming Interfaces and more. Demonstrations and workshops are conducted on Microsoft Teams or on site at your premises if preferred. Sessions are not time limited, with at least one hour required for a general introduction to Genesys Cloud CX. There is no minimum number of delegates, and attendees may include technical, operational or business users.
