A ten-session Qigong course teaching exercises from the 18fache Form des Taiji Qigong, Teil 1, according to Master Lin Housheng, along with Qigong fundamentals. Each session includes theoretical foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine, warm-up and basic exercises, main exercises and a meditative rest phase. The course is suitable for everyone and participants should bring comfortable clothing, thick socks and drinks. Registration is required no later than three weeks before the course starts.
