Family Friendly Wellness Puppy Yoga

A 75-minute fuller wellness experience with beginner-friendly yoga, wellness drinks, extended puppy cuddle time, and a yoga mat provided. This class is designated Family Friendly. Guests aged 10 to 13 may attend with an adult aged 18 or older who is also attending. One adult may supervise up to 3 minors aged 10 to 13 or 4 minors aged 14 to 17. Guests must sign a waiver before joining, and proof of age is required.

A 50-minute puppy experience with a 30-minute beginner-friendly puppy yoga class, 20 minutes of puppy chill and social time, and a yoga mat provided. Each class combines mindful movement with puppy snuggles, and is designed for a quick mental-health reset. Guests must sign a waiver before joining. Ages 18 and older may attend alone. Guests aged 14 to 17 must attend with an adult, and children under 10 are not permitted.
